The provider of the NMPBS MemberCard program stopped production of physical cards in March. All member benefit discounts — including extra, national online offers — are now available exclusively through the MemberCard mobile app and website. Here’s what you need to know:
Q: How do I access my MemberCard discounts?
A: After we process your gift of $72 or more, you’ll receive an email with your MemberCard benefits access code. Search your inbox for the subject, “Unlock your NMPBS Membership Benefits.” Your code should arrive within 2-3 weeks from the time your contribution is entered. For more help, visit membercard.com/using-mobile.
Q: I still have a plastic MemberCard. Can I keep using it?
A: All physical MemberCards are still valid until the expiration date printed in the lower right. You can also access the MemberCard app by entering the access code printed on the face of your physical card.
